What Happens Next:
Once your application is submitted, our team will review your documents.
If everything is complete and you meet eligibility requirements, you’ll be invited to an interview.
If anything is missing, we’ll reach out so you can provide the needed information and continue the process.
Letters of Recommendation: must be sent to the scholarship committee by the person writing the letter. Letters from applicants will not be accepted. Letters written by family member or friends will not be accepted. The following are examples of appropriate people to write your letter of recommendation: Professor, Coaches, Employers, Supervisors, Keys program staff, Community leaders.
About the Interview:
The interview is required for funding consideration.
It’s a 15–20 minute conversation to get to know you better, answer your questions, and discuss next steps.
No Show / Late Cancellation Policy:
If you miss your first interview, you may reschedule.
If you miss the second interview, your application will be closed.
If You’re Awarded a Scholarship:
You’ll receive an award letter with the scholarship amount, the term it applies to, and a consent form.
Funds are sent directly to your school’s financial aid office—please allow up to 30 days for processing.
No funds will be sent to personal bank accounts or issued as personal checks.
