Continuation of Funding

Congratulations on the completion of another semester!

To continue receiving your scholarship funding, please upload a copy of your current tuition statement and your most recent transcript showing completed courses using the form below.

If your course load changes, your funding may be adjusted accordingly. A member of the scholarship committee will contact you via email if any changes occur.

You do not need to reapply each semester or year. Your information is already on file. However, please notify the foundation of any updates that may affect your eligibility—such as a withdrawal, medical leave, change in marital status, or transfer to another school.

Please note: Funding can only be provided once we receive your tuition statement and transcript. Checks are mailed directly to your school and may take up to 30 days to process. We encourage you to monitor your student portal or contact your financial aid office to confirm when funds are applied.
